While the American Coin Guild does collect information through this website, we value your privacy and will not betray your trust. Our iron clad promise to you is that any information you provide us will never be shared with any third party, except as ordered by law enforcement, without your consent. The American Coin Guild does provide a regular informational blog which visitors may wish to receive by using our subscription form. The subscription form requires the following information:

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • All other fields are optional

Subscribers may request to be removed from the subscription list at any time.
 

Ecommerce

The American Coin Guild offers some products via a website shopping cart. During the checkout process for those select products, payment information is required by the PayPal e-commerce system. No credit card information is stored by the American Coin Guild.

 

Required information:
We require the following prior to your first trade:
a) A notarized/certified true copy of a government-issued photo ID such as a passport, national identity card or driver's license.
b) An original or a certified copy of a bank statement or tax bill on which your name and street address are printed.
These documents are collected for verification purposes only and are not disclosed to outside parties for marketing or other purposes.
N.B. - These are federal minimum disclosure requirements for the purpose of curtailing money laundering and are not negotiable. We can not accept any orders without these approved documents. Any trades done without these documents are a violation of federal law.
